Prior to joining Cavanal Hill in 2011, Leslie worked as a ratings analyst for Moody’s Investors Service. She served as lead analyst for municipal bond transactions within the southwest region of the U.S. She received Bachelor of Science degrees in Business and Economics from the University of Kansas and earned a Master of Public Affairs Degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas.

Richard Williams manages the investment team which creates and executes the tax-free fixed income strategies for Cavanal Hill Investment Management. He is responsible for the portfolio management of the Cavanal Hill Short Tax-Free, Intermediate Tax-Free, Oklahoma Municipal, Enhanced Tax-Free, Ultra Short Tax-Free, and our Laddered strategies. In addition, he is the portfolio manager for the Ultra Short Tax-Free Income Fund.

Rich received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas.
